Become a Rights Advocate

We're ready to launch our first campaign - will you take the lead in your local area?

MORR's first campaign will be called Our Minds, Our Future, and it's all about mental health. We're aiming to empower young people locally to lead their own change in the mental health system.

We'll be training up Rights Advocates all over the country, who'll be responsible for raising awareness, gaining support and making lasting impact for 16-25 year olds in your local community.

The plan:

1. Recruit more young people: As a Rights Advocate, you'll set up events and meetings to get more young people involved.
2. Your first action: With the other young people in your area, you'll email or write to our local decision-maker so they start to feel the heat - don't worry, we'll support you with what to write.
3. Pile on the pressure: Keep writing until you get a meeting.
4. Make your demands: You'll lead a small group to meet with local decision-makers. We'll provide you with tools and support to make sure your demands are heard.

Ready to take the lead?

Great! We want to train up our first group of Rights Advocates in March - it'd be great if you were one of them.

There's no commitment at this stage, but if you're interested and would like to know more, use the button below to book a phone chat with us. We'll call you at your chosen time to talk things through - so put a reminder in your phone!
